Who we are

B.stress Immigration provides Canadian immigration consulting services under the supervision of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (CICC licence R514614). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Information you give us through our forms, bookings, email, phone or in person, such as your name, contact details, immigration history, education, work experience, language results, family information and documents you choose to share. When you pay online, payment details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store card numbers.

Why we collect it

To assess your situation, respond to your requests, prepare and submit applications you authorize us to handle, schedule consultations, process payments and meet our professional and legal obligations.

Consent

By submitting a form or booking a consultation you consent to the uses described here. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits; withdrawing may mean we cannot continue to provide a service.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide our services: with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and other government bodies when you authorize us to represent you, and with service providers that support our work, such as website hosting, email, booking and payment processing. These providers may store data outside Canada and are required to protect it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our record-keeping obligations as licensed consultants. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it.
